About RHS
Redlands High School is located in the city of Redlands, San Bernardino County, California. RHS is one of three comprehensive 4-year high
schools in the Redlands Unified School District. Founded in 1891, it is the oldest public high school in the State of California still functioning
on its original site. The ethnic/racial makeup of the student population is 42.35% Hispanic, 24.59% White, 14.76% Asian, .26% American
Indian, .35% Pacific Islander, 4.14% Filipino, 7.10% Black and 6.43% Multi-Ethnic. The school is enrolled in the National School Lunch and
School Breakfast Programs called the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) which means that all enrolled students in the school, regardless
of income level, are eligible to receive a healthy school breakfast and school lunch at no cost—as of October 2020, approximately 67% of
families meet the criteria this program; 40% are first generation college students. Total student enrollment is 2257.
