Welcome to TPP/Transition

What is TPP?

TPP stands for Transition Partnership Project. This class works in collaboration with East Valley SELPA and the Department of Rehabilitation. 
Each student will gain career skills by following the transitions curriculum-Career Choices, will explore career interests, and gain skills in the following areas:

• Job Interviews
• Job Applications
• Resumes
• Completing a high school portfolio

Additionally, the class will host a variety of guest speakers, have the opportunity to attend an off campus Career Day, link with the Work Ability I program, and complete a Department of Rehabilitation Vocational Services Application for an initial interview.
