AP European History is a challenging two semester course which is designed to be the equivalent of a college freshman survey course in  Western Civilzation.  At the same time this course fulfills the World History requirement for sophomores at Redlands East Valley High School.

The course content covers the history of Europe and its relation to the world since 1450.  The course provides chronological coverage of European history from the late medieval period (1450) to the present.  throughout the course studnts wil be introduced to major issues, events and themse of Western and world history.
