Chrome Extensions

  • "[Browser extensions] add a lot of useful features to browsers, but at the same time, they pose threats to both privacy and security." - Kaspersky Labs

In order to protect teachers and students, we have adopted a district allowlist model. If you have a Chrome extension or G Suite add-on that you'd like to be available to you or your students, please submit a request using the form at the bottom of the page.

Websites & YouTube Videos

  • Content filters by iBoss and GoGuardian are in place across district devices to filter out objectionable and inappropriate content. Sometimes legitimately beneficial websites and/or YouTube videos are also blocked by default level filtering.

    Secondary Teachers:

If you have a website or YouTube video that you'd like approved for student use on a Chromebook, please submit a request using the form at the bottom of the page.

Many categories of YouTube videos are already fully approved for student use. Feel free to take a look at this category guide to see what is allowed / disallowed by default level filtering.

Web Applications

  • Before using a web application in class that requires student accounts, privacy policies and terms of service need to be properly vetted and approved. Just because a student *can* sign-up, does not mean it's safe to do so. If you have a web application that you'd like approved for use with students, please submit your request using the form below.

Note: Save yourself the hassle of filling out the request form by first checking ➡️ THIS LIST ⬅️ to see if your site or web app has already been submitted for approval

    Thank you!
