    WORK PERMIT PROCESS 

    If you are interested in getting a Work Permit, you must print out the Work Permit Request (B1-1) form. It is attached below with the school information already completed) and get all three sections completed: Minor's Information, Parent Information, and Employer Information.  All sections must be signed and dated.  Then you must meet with Ms. Severo to start the processing of your permit.  Please see her in the Career Center at Orangewood High School or email her when you are ready to proceed or if you have any questions.

    Please download and print out the Work Permit Request form above and complete all sections including Student, Parent and Employer with signatures.

    Work Permit Updates for FALL 2022-2023 School Year

    When students return to school for the 2022-2023 school year, pre-CoVid requirements are being reinstated in order to get a Work Permit.  The link below goes to a flier that shows the details of who may get a work permit starting in the new school year.  NOTE: The GPA is the student's OVERALL WEIGHTED GPA (not just for that quarter).  If you have any questions contact Ms. Severo in the Orangewood High School Career Center.
