I had the privilege of being raised in an Air Force family, so I have lived all over the United States, with an exchange to France in my junior year of high school.  I am married with four grown children.  We have 6 grandchildren with another on the way. My husband works for Bonita Unified School District as the Transportation Director.  Education is a priority in our lives.  We love to travel and explore.   I have raised my own children in the Redlands Unified School District and wouldn't want to go any place else. 

I received my BA from Southern Utah State College in 1986 in Elementary Education with minors in Early Childhood Education and Special Education.  When I came to California after graduation, I also received a counseling certificate from the University of California, Riverside.  I have been teaching for 31 years in RUSD.  Most of those years have been spent with third graders by my side.  I love what I do!
