Hello, and welcome to 6th grade at Moore Middle School!  This is my 28th year of teaching, and my 11th year with the Redlands Unified School District.  I taught elementary school for half of my career, and have been a Moore Monarch since 2011.  I love teaching 6th grade English and Social Studies.  I'm looking very forward to the 2022-2023 school year.  

I earned my Bachelor's Degree in English from UC Irvine, and my Teaching Credential from Chapman University.  After teaching for a few years, I went back to school and earned a Master's Degree in Reading from California State University, Fullerton.  After teaching in Orange County for 11 years, I married and moved to the Inland Empire and began teaching for Redlands Unified. 

I was born in Ireland and emigrated to the US when I was in 2nd grade.  When not teaching, I love to travel and my visits back to Erin's Isle have been my favorite trips.  I also garden, read, craft, and spend time with family, friends, and my dogs.
