I became an English teacher in 2006, and began teaching Digital Storytelling in 2018. The Digital Storytelling program at Moore Middle School has grown to include The Monarch Post, a broadcasting and journalism club.

On my free time, I enjoy making things. That might mean cooking or it might mean playing my guitar or building something in the backyard or writing a story or editing a video. I also enjoy rock climbing with my daughters, playing games (both video games and board games), traveling, learning new things, and singing karaoke.

I live in Redlands. My wife also teaches here. My two daughters go to school in the district, one at Moore.
