• Content:                     Students will participate in a co-educational program. The basic units covered may include, but not be limited to, volleyball, soccer, cross-country, basketball, flag football, and softball. Emphasis will be placed on skill development and fitness improvement.

    The Physical Education curriculum will provide the student, with the opportunity to gain knowledge and understanding of movement, fitness, health, social skills, and the appreciation of lifelong participation in physical activity. The key to passing Physical Education is to attend daily, and actively participate to the best of your ability.  Uniform is required.
