• Extended Learning Opportunity Program (ELOP)

Expanded learning (ELOP)” means before school, after school, summer, or intersession learning programs that focus on developing the academic, social, emotional, and physical needs and interests of pupils through hands-on, engaging learning experiences. It is the intent of the Legislature that expanded learning programs are pupil-centered, results-driven, include community partners, and complement, but do not replicate, learning activities during the regular school day and school year.

ELOP will also offer Saturday and Intersession Enrichment Opportunities throughout the school year.

    • Saturdays vary but are approximately once a month.
    • Intersession includes:
      • Jan. 2-5
      • March 27-31
      • June 12-23

TK Students that are interested are provided one-way transportation to the Boys and Girls Club of Redlands and will have ELOP opportunities at their site.
