Education Protection Account (EPA)

The Board-approved attachments for the Education Protection Account (EPA) Requirements and Spending Determinations support compliance with Article XIII, Section 36 of the California Constitution. This provision requires school districts to determine how EPA funds are spent at school sites within their jurisdiction, with all spending decisions made by the Governing Board during an open session of a public meeting.
