LCAP Thought Exchange

Every year, as part of our commitment to continuous improvement and community engagement, we utilize a platform called Thought Exchange. This interactive tool allows us to pose important questions to our community, including parents, students, and staff, and gather their responses. Participants can also view and rate the responses of others, fostering a dynamic conversation about the future of our school district. The insights we gain from these exchanges are invaluable in shaping our Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP), helping us to better understand the needs, concerns, and suggestions of our community. We believe in the power of shared understanding and collective problem-solving, and Thought Exchange is a key tool in facilitating these processes.
