Lost a textbook?
You can purchase a book online instead of paying the replacement price. This can mean a significant savings. The replacement textbook must meet the following criteria:
1. The replacement must have the same ISBN (International Standard Book Number) as the lost book.
- Textbooks can have the same cover but be different editions.
2. The book must be in good used condition. No highlighting or writing on the pages, NO WATER DAMAGE!
3. The book may not have any PROPERTY STAMPS, including school or district imprint or Barcode in it.
Talk to the Librarian or Library Clerks to get the ISBN of the book you are replacing. Type that number in to a browser. This should give you several websites that sell used books. (Abebooks.com is a good one as is Amazon.) Be sure to contact the seller to verify that the book meets the REV replacement criteria before you purchase the book. Be aware that if you replace a lost book and then find that book we cannot refund the price of the replacement since no money has changed hands at REV.
Calculators can be replaced also. They must be the identical model to the one lost and cannot contain any property markings or engravings.
