Mr. Dildine grew up in Redlands and attended Crafton Elementary, Moore Junior High School, and Redlands High School.  Following high school, he attended the University of California, Irvine. After graduating from UCI, he began subbing in the Redlands Unified School District.  Later, he realized that he wanted to make a career out of teaching, and earned his teaching credential from the University of Redlands.  Years later, he earned his master's degree from Azuza Pacific University.
