I am from the Bay Area, and attended Chico State University.  I attended Chapman University for my teaching credential, and have been teaching in the Redlands Unified School District for 18 years. I have taught 5th, 4th,and 3rd grade and am excited to be teaching 2nd at Mission. On a personal side, I have been married for 31 years and we have 2 sons.  Both attended Arizona State University, which is why I have ASU as my No Excuses University:) Our oldest graduated with his degree in Business Law, and the other son is a 5th grade teacher in Tempe, AZ, and a coach for basketball....Go ASU!!!!
