Mr. Schneider

My name is Richard Schneider, I prefer to be called "Doug". I have lived in Redlands my entire life.  I am very familiar with Redlands schools and have taught at Lugonia for 22 years. I believe First Grade is the most important grade because it builds the foundation of learning for all other grades! I am enthusiastic and dedicated to teaching children to be successful learners. I believe in having an environment that is fun, structured, and safe for all students.

 
I am looking forward to a wonderful year with your children. I have high expectations for each and every student in my class. In order to make the most progress we can, it's imperative that we communicate regularly and that you are aware of what your child is doing in school.
