I wanted to make sure you have some resources to keep yourself active and healthy while you are at home. One of the most important things you can do for you and your families mental health and physical health during this time is make sure you stay active and get at least the CDC recommended 60 minutes of activity each day.
On the Assignments tab and you will find a Physical Activity Log that will help you keep track of the different activites you do each day.
The Resources page has a variety of activities to choose from that will help you meet that 60 minutes! You can always go outside and play, just remember to follow the guidelines for social distancing!
