I am a veteran Physical Education teacher with more than 25 years of teaching experience. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and a Master of Science degree in Sports Administration and have taught at both the middle school and high school levels.  I am a mother of 2 beautiful daughters whom I am very proud of and are both CV graduates. 

I enjoy teaching Physical Education and strive to help motivate and educate students, especially those who don't necessarily grasp the benefits of daily exercise. Knowing that daily, quality activity and movement helps both the brain and the body is a concept I wish all my students to understand. I have high expectations for my students and I feel I run tough, yet fair classes.  My mantra over the years has been "Don't say I can't, say I'll try".
