Coach Day has been a part of the CVHS family since 2016 and began Enrichment PE in 2022.  She is a 2002 Redlands High School graduate.  Day received her Bachelor's degree from Cal State San Bernardino in Kinesiology-Pedagogy and her Masters in Coaching and Athletic Administration from Concordia University.  Coach Day coached girls basketball at RHS and girls golf at CV but is currently busy raising her two daughters.
