Mr. Lurie was born and raised in Southern California before leaving to teach in New York City for 10 years. As cold winters became too much and Mr. Lurie decided to move back out West. After a brief period as a professional dinosaur at The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens, Mr. Lurie returned to teaching in 2019. Mr. Lurie lives in Redlands with his cat. Ask Mr. Lurie about his musical dad!
