I'm an 8th grade  English teacher and also the yearbook teacher here at Cope M.S. I received my Master's in Education at the University of Redlands and my Bachelor's in Anthropology with a minor in Islamic / Middle Eastern Studies at California State San Bernardino. Prior to teaching, I served as a Peace Corps volunteer in the country of Georgia as an Education Specialist and additionally leading as head of Marketing for an NGO. While serving, I also worked with other volunteers and organizations to utilize community and youth development in our local town and surrounding villages.

I've always loved working with children and I plan to continue in this field for many years to come.
