Moore Middle School

Moore Middle School cannot dispense medication to any student unless the medication has been prescribed to a student, and a doctor's orders sepcifiy it to be dispensed during the school day. This includes inhalers and Epi-Pens.

If your child needs medication to be dispensed at school, please click Med-1 Med-2, print the forms (2 pages), and have your doctor complete them. Our office CANNOT dispense medication without this form. Thank You!
