The City of Highland has teamed with the Redlands Unifed School District and Arroyo Verde Elementary School to provide our parents and students with Safe Routes to School.  This important work has identified the safest passages to Arroyo Verde with least traffic and pollution.  City representatives were also on hand at our Back to School Night to share this plan with parents.
