Our Superintendent
It is a pleasure to welcome our students, families, and staff to the 2026-27 school year. We are excited about the opportunities ahead and look forward to another year of learning, growth, and achievement across Redlands Unified.
Our first priority is ensuring that every student attends school each day, feels a strong sense of belonging, and receives the support needed to succeed. I encourage students to explore the extracurricular activities, athletics, arts, clubs, career pathways, and leadership opportunities available throughout our District. Sometimes, one teacher, coach, activity, or experience is all it takes for a student to discover a lifelong passion.
We are also proud to share that our graduation rate has increased to 93.3 percent. This achievement reflects the dedication of our students, families, teachers, counselors, administrators, and staff. While we celebrate this progress, our work continues. Our goal is not only for students to earn a diploma, but for every graduate to leave Redlands Unified with a meaningful plan for college, a career, military service, or another pathway toward a successful future.
Our Portrait of a Graduate, EMPOWER, helps guide this work. It represents the skills and qualities we want every student to develop as they prepare for life beyond graduation. Through their experiences in our schools, we want students to discover their strengths and passions, build confidence, and develop the skills needed to navigate what comes next.
Our school communities will also see continued progress on projects supported by Measure D. These investments will improve safety, infrastructure, technology, and learning environments across the District. We are grateful for our community’s support and remain committed to providing updates as this important work moves forward.
Thank you to our families for entrusting us with your children, to our staff for preparing our schools and classrooms, and to our students for bringing their enthusiasm and energy back to campus.
