Ads in Yearbook for 8th Graders

Dear Parents and Guardians of 8th Grade Students,

It’s hard to believe, but in a few months, your child’s stay at Cope Middle School will be nothing more than a memory.  We are doing our best to put together a Yearbook that will help your student remember the best of his/her last year in middle school forever.  Try as we might, there is no way that we can capture how proud you are of your child or put into words all that you must be feeling.

But that does not mean that you can’t tell your 8th grader yourself!  Proud parents can purchase space in the back of the Yearbook so you can tell your child how proud you are – in your own words, using your own photos.

Just email your student’s name, your message, your phone number, and your photo(s) to  Messages should be no longer than 2-3 sentences and should include your student’s name and your name(s) as well.  Digital photos should be at least 300dpi actual size.  Once we have received your photos and message, we will design an ad for your child.  Again, please include your phone number in case we have any questions.  This year we will be sending you a digital proof via email to make sure we have your ad done perfectly. J

Checks should be made payable to “Cope Middle School Yearbook” and may be dropped off either in Room H-22 or in the Student Center.  Please make sure to include your name, your student’s name, and your phone number with the payment.  There are pricing incentives to purchase early, and the final date we can accept submissions will be Friday, January 25th.
