College-Bound Seniors

BEFORE graduation please submit a Senior Final Transcript Request Form. (Click on the hyperlink to submit your request now.) 

Your final transcript will be sent by the Records Office to the college you plan to attend only if YOU request that it be sent.  All final transcript requests will be mailed by the Records Office the week after final grades are posted AND only if all fees/books are cleared on your account.
